When can i receive package after payment?
The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 5-10 days.
however, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status.
We will always try to make it ASAP!
If the item is in stock it will be sent in 3-5 days.
Shipping methods:
L.M pole & activewear uses Israel post mail and there are 2 delivery options:
1.Regular shipping via IL post mail-after processing time, the item will be sent to you with Israel’s mail.
shipping time can take around 2-3 weeks.
Not shipped to Australia – choose ECO post

2.Fast shipping- via IL post mail Eco post service.
after processing time- delivery within 7-10 working days from the date of delivery (not including delivery day, delays in customs procedures, force majeure and events and special occasions abroad).
Eco post can be sent to those countries:
USA, Belgium, Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, France, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and Australia (soon the service will also be given to Brazil).
* Processing time not include Saturdays/some of holidays.
Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email to let you know the package is on it’s way to you.
Taxes and duties:
L.M pole & active wear will not have a responsibility for any taxes & duties in your country (if any).
buyer will have to pay for them.
Shipping update (for U.S. customers):
Due to new U.S. customs regulations starting August 2025, small international parcels may occasionally be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival.
These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
